Under OBCA s. 253(1), a complainant or creditor may seek an order directing compliance with the Act, the regulations, the articles, the by-laws, or a unanimous shareholder agreement, or restraining breach of them; the court may also make any further order it thinks fit. This is especially useful where the dispute is less about damages and more about forcing the company or another actor back into legal compliance.
