May Elajami was called to the Bar in 2016 after completing her articles working for one of the most prominent criminal lawyers in Toronto. She subsequently moved to much busier practice where she ran up to 25 trials a month and where she gained an invaluable and very solid Trial Litigation experience that many even practising for many years lawyers do lack.

As a result of that deep understanding of litigation at the most intense and challenging level of legal context, i.e. trials, she has an enormous hands on knowledge and skills that one can only attain with experience so she understands the whole dynamic of the case from the very beginning to the very end, i.e. the case strengths and weaknesses so to understand the potential outcome right away, the most effective strategy to tackle the cases along with the most efficient mechanisms to deal with both opposing counsels as well as judges, crowns and other parties related to the case that can be the part of the process.

May has attended on all manners of court proceedings in Ontario, and thrives to provide her clients with the most reasonable, optimal and cost-effective results. May strives to engage with her clients with the utmost level of integrity, professionalism and respect.

In her spare time, May loves the outdoors and is an avid tennis player and a cyclist. She enjoys cooking, working out at the gym and spending time with her nieces at the Zoo, when they are visiting her from time to time.
