What Are Your Fees?

Our costs depends on what you would like notarized. Our rate starts at $45.00 + HST. We provide an initial FREE 30 minutes consultation to evaluate your case. We will then determine the complexity, the amount of work that needs to be done and the other factors that might influence your particular situation.

What is the process?

If you would like documents notarized we ask that you call and book an appointment. You will have to bring all the original documents and proof of identification. We will take photocopies of originals. This would usually take anywhere between fifteen minutes to an hour.

Where can you see me?

Our office is conveniently located in the heart of dowtown Toronto, right across from Royal Ontario Museum (ROM). The closest subway stations are either St.George or Bay/Yonge/Bloor or Museum stations. There is a municipal parking in the back of the building. After our initial consultation over the phone, we will make an appointment and discuss all your matters confidentialy at our office. In certain circumstances, we can come to you, if necessary, please contact us to discuss.

Can you translate the documents?

We cannot translate documents, but we can refer you to a lincensed translator.

Can you make house / office calls?

If it is an emergency and you are unable to attend our office we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs. Please contact us to discuss.
